Greek Terracotta Seated FemaleAn ancient Hellenistic Greek fragmentary terracotta statuette of a woman wearing a long chiton with her right arm raised, seated on a chair, a kalathos (wool basket) at her feet. Her posture indicates that she is spinnig wool. The ancient polychrome and gesso remains on the surface. Ca. 3rd century BC.
