Old Babylonian Chalcedony Cylinder SealAn ancient Old Babylonian milky chalcedony cylinder seal inscribed with a procession of two individuals, their right hands raised, coming before a bearded figure in a tall hat whose foot rests upon a rock. Behind this figure a woman, perhaps a deity, stands facing, her arms folded. Probably of provincial manufacture. Published: G. Eisen, The Collection of Mrs. William H. Moore (Chicago, 1940).
