An ancient Sardinian Nuraghian-period large bronze stag standing with long antler racks.

Sardinia.
Ca. 9th - 8th century BC.
Length: 4 3/8 in. (11.1 cm).

The Nuraghians were a Bronze Age civilization on the island of Sardinia in the Mediterranean Sea, notable for their massive stone structures and bronze work, which lasted from the 18th century BC up until Roman colonization in the 3rd century BC.
