Egyptian Bronze Falcon

An ancient Egyptian bronze standing falcon, the closed wings crossed over the tail, the feathers defined by incision, a broad collar across the chest in horizontal rows, the separately cast talons now lacking.

Late Period, 26th Dynasty,
Ca. 664 - 525 BC.
Height: 4 3/4 in. (12.1 cm).
