An ancient Mesopotamian clay tablet inscribed in six registers with pictographic proto-cuneiform text likely indicating numbers of livestock and other goods. The reverse depicts an equine, a very rare early representation.

Ca. 3100 - 3000 BC.
Length: 2 3/4 in. (6.3 cm).
